Can't Believe the Weekend is Over!

Mood: I'm not getting sun burnt ANYMORE!

Being on holidays for two and a half weeks really emphasizes how quickly the weekends fly buy.

It's Monday and I am already wishing away the rest of my week (maybe that has something to do with last year flying by).

At least the heat here is gone for a little while.. weather is supposed to be rain and storms for the next week, not that I am complaining.. I love summer it's just with the way water restrictions, are a lot of rain is always good!

The weekend was pretty good though, enough sun for me to get to the beach yesterday with my bf. The only bad part about it is that I ended up sun burnt. I applied suncreen "SPF 30+" it says on the bottle.. "4 hours sun protection".. "3 Hours water resistant".. yeah right! I was at the beach for about an hour and I ended up sooo burnt . Too sore to even go to the gym tonight which is annoying since I am just getting back into the swing of going again.

Lets focus on the good part of the day though, slept in till late and finally made the 5 minute drive to the beach around lunch time. We both had a blast playing around in the surf until around 2pm we decided to make tracks to our favourite cafe at Cronulla for lunch... very nice
